The food is genuinely delicious — the oxtail seasoning is exceptional. However, the portion sizes are extremely small for the price. The containers were less than half full, with the lids not touching the food at all. Each meal consisted of approximately 2-3 small pieces of oxtail (mostly bone), three small scoops of mashed potato, one broccoli floret, a few carrot slices, a small piece of corn, and cabbage. When I raised my concerns with the vendor, I was told the 40% promotional discount I used justified the portion sizes — which is not how meal prep pricing works. A discount on price should not mean a discount on portion. I was offered a complimentary side dish on a future order as resolution, which I declined as I won’t be returning. The talent is clearly there — the business practices need significant work.

Food was great but issued with delivery. Other food delivery deliver meals in box packed with ice. However, your delivery was not on ice And I was not home when delivery attempt was made because I expected delivery in box packed with ice. Food was not on ice but on delivery truck for hours before I was home to accept delivery. I can't stay at home to wait on delivery and delivery times are not flexible so food should be on ice.

I've ordered from a few Caribbean meal prep places and this is the best one I've tried. The food reheats well without drying out, which is usually where these services fall apart. The 5-meal plan is worth it.

Stew chicken was rich and the seasoning was right. One of my containers had a small leak in transit, but it's happened once out of several orders. The food itself has been consistently good.

The escovitch fish got me. Didn't see that coming.
